Yes, and the problem is actually:

It basically boils down to us not having enough time to push all the plasma5 
stuff to unstable in time to the gcc5 transition. I do have both testing and 
unstable (with apt preferring testing while the gcc5 transition happens) and I 
do have krdc. So there must be a way to downgrade whatever is necessary to get 
testing's version.

On the other hand if you are in unstable you can install krdc from 
experimental. If you have any sort of dependencies problem check if rebuilding 
the package against a current unstable chroot fixes it. If you need more help
