Bug#271577: kmix: rear speakers not linked to master volume

Package: kmix
Version: 4:3.3.0-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

I have a SoundBlaster Live! card running with Alsa and
I'm having the problem that kmix does not modify the rear-speaker
volumes when the master volume slider is changed. Also the mute
flag does not mute the rear speakers.
So changing the volume requires requires reducing master/pcm and
"wave surround" individually.

Thanks
Uwe
