These all indicate the issue occurs *before* DNS resolution, at the
"Blocked" stage. According to the Mozilla documentation, this indicates
your browser has more than 6 connections open to the server.

Please visit the about:networking page and see if it is helpful at all.
I couldn't see anything there that might be useful though.

Please check the value of your maximum connections per server
preference and try to see if increasing it to say 100 improves things.
