I've thoroughly explored that but hit the dead end as well...

Issue is always reproducible with only one tab, regardless of number of 
connections.

Nothing changed...

I also tried injecting "5.153.231.23  tracker.debian.org" into "/etc/hosts" 
file but that did not affect the problem in any way. Any page from 
tracker.debian.org loads for 3..5 minutes, every time and I still have no 
clue...  I also tried settings reset by removing "prefs.js" without any 
luck...
