Yes, please.

Reasoning: Purely egoistic; everything in and around the pkg-perl
group has already been switched to https (d/copyright files in all
packages, dh-make-perl, cme, duck, ...).

(If I'm using https://codesearch.debian.net/ correctly, we have 2518
with https and 15339 with http in the archive).
