I think I will start with easy tasks from the BTS or Paul Wise's list.

I get a working version of the project. Currently the tests are ok
except the functional ones because python-selenium is not in Testing but
in Sid. I can fix it (with pip or apt-pinning).

`./manage runserver` works too.
