The gen-orphaned script I wrote and which was committed to QA in r2545
does currently not exclude bugs which are

* duplicates of other bugs
* closed (or archived)

I attached a patch which is fixing those issues.

Please note, it is not trivial to exclude duplicate bugs which have been
merged with another bug previously. Problem is, there may be merged
O:-bugs with other bugs but have not been retitled (e.g. RFA, ...). I
hope I caught all this corner cases.
