I tried to use this URL in the mean time but somehow the rsync access is
not public ?

$ rsync rsync://bugs-mirror.debian.org/bts-spool-indexes/sources ./
rsync: failed to connect to bugs-mirror.debian.org: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) [Receiver=3.0.3]
