Hi Lucas,

I think that there is a race condition in the system: I started to do some ITP
tidying after receiving the first round of retitlings, and the next day the
script was changing the title of closed bugs, which is not such a big problem
except for the useless emails and the slight corruption of the bugs history (the
bug that was closed was and always had been an ITP, not an RFP).
