boolean is_up_to_date
text upstream_version

what do you think about importing the data directly from pgsql? or do you really prefer a text file?
I thinks Lucas has the usual UDD gatheres in mind that obtain some text
files first and then are processing the information of these files and
store them in pgsql. I have no idea whather this makes sense in any case.
