remove xview?

Hi,

After considering porter NMU on xview, I think x11 toolkit can safely
be canned as museumware. Most damning is the lack of 64bit support.
See #228957 and #320155, although a patch was produduced nobody bothered,
applying it, nor is the author confident that patch is correct.

The upstream is much more dead the gtk-1.2 which has also been considered
for removal. There appears to be five reverse dependencies, none of which
seem to be a big loss of functionalyty. Maintainers of affected packages CC'd.

xview
 - not available on 64bit architectures
 - upstream dead. last (minor) upstream version released 1997
 - last maintainer upload 2 years ago
 - only few reverse dependencies
 - relatevely low popcon count 500

reverse dependencies:

xvmount
 - multiple replacements available
 - low popcon count 74
 - last upstream release 2003

circlepack
 - only xviewg-depending package without non-xview replacement
 - low popcon count 20
 - last upstream release 2002

imaze
 - package includes xaw and lesstiff versions too
 - xview version has low popcon count 79
   -> drop xview version

workman
 - multiple replacements available
 - low popcon count (82)
 - last upstream release 1997

jove:
 - xview only needed for xjove
 - xjove has low popcon count 23

"rm -rf" only sounds scary if you don't have backups
