Why? 

IMO it's not necessary:
1/ The packages.debian.org link in the title will in 2 clicks bring you to
the description of the various packages.
2/ The descriptions are space consuming and do not fit in the PTS which
gives an overview of the status and provides links to all the more verbose
content.
