Inactive maintainer: Matthias Kabel (mkabel)

Hello,

This maintainer has not been maintaining his packages. I have sent him an
e-mail and recieved no response. The list archives indicate [1] that,
previously, he was only maintaining gtk-gnutella and not the others. Now,
there does not seem to be maintenance of any of his packages and there are
unacknowledge NMUs from more than 12 months ago (for instance, bugs #82789
and #170227.
