A security-base package for Debian

Hello Maintainers !

Brent Fulgham and Martin Schulze suggested to make a debian security
package that contains fakebo, snort[1], tcpdump, sniffit etc.
Conaining means either the packages as IIRC in the net-base package or
just making a virtual package that has dependencies to all security
related package.

Up to now the pros:
 + you dont miss a programm
and the contras:
 - another "virtual" package although it are only four/five packages
 - people only see that there is no sniffit any longer and do not find it
are in balance for me.

Suggestions ?
