I think that we the current situation is okay, we take enough care
for most orphaned packages (at least those that we know they *are*
orphaned). Maybe I should loosen the wording of that section...

The bigger problem is reassigning all those long-orphaned packages
to QA Group, and getting them in shape. I'll ask netgod (WNPP) to
send us the newest list of his, so we can make a TODO list.
