for what, using a common l10n package naming scheme, or that debian-live

for the first, there is none in public i guess, for the second,
discussion can be found in the archive of debian-live@lists.debian.org.

not really, and it doesn't make much sense anyway. however, if the same
naming scheme is used, one can match them with regexp.
