Each option only applied to the first image after the option.
So things like the following are possible:

xli test.png -rotate 90 test.png -rotate 180 test.png

I might have been nice to have all options stick until another option
reverses that, and have for every option and option to reverse it, but
it would fundamentally change the syntax of the program if done now.
