Bug#295751: webmin-ldap-useradmin cannot create new user

Symptom: When trying to add user account to LDAP directory, following error occurs: Failed to save user : Failed to add user to LDAP database : objectClass: value #0 provided more than once

Workaround: I upgraded ldap users and groups module from webmin.com to the current version (ldap-useradmin-1.180-1.wbm).
