Bug#277469: libxml-libxml-perl: last upgrade breaks axkit

reassign 277469 libxml-libxml-perl

ok, looks like it's clearly agreed (by upstream et al.) that this is a
XML::LibXML problem to be fixed, not an AxKit problem.  Reassigning back.
