setuptools (was Re: Best practice: exclude generated ‘foo.egg-info’ files from source and VCS)

This reminds me.  Doko uploaded the new setuptools (post-distribute merge) to
experimental. Yay!  I've been looking at it but have encountered some upgrade
problems.

# apt-get build-dep enum34
...
# dpkg -i *.deb
...
