Broken post-commit hook

Hi,

When you commit changes to SVN, the post-commit hook fails with error.

Sending        debian\changelog
Sending        debian\control
Adding         debian\watch
Transmitting file data ...
Committed revision 6210.

Warning: post-commit hook failed (exit code 13) with output:
Error opening cache: Permission denied


I know it is not critical, but still affects Debain image.
