python-sip4 should be updated

I'm posting to call some attention to broken python-sip4 package. If
this is a wrong place, point me at the right one ;-). It has been
causing numerous systematic crashes to various people. Easy way to
test:

bzr branch lp:leo-editor
cd leo-editor
python launchLeo.py

I have confirmed that this is fixed by installing the python-sip4
package from Karmic

http://packages.ubuntu.com/fi/karmic/python-sip4

Confirmed with version 4.9.1-snapshot-20091015-0ubuntu1
