lyx has an unversioned dependency on python. We changed the python
version from 1.5 to 2.1, so all packages which have compiled python
modules, will break. The conflict is: lyx (<= current version>), so it
will go away with a new lyx upload. I removed it from the conflicts as
well, because lyx is only calling uncompiled python scripts.

I've sent a mail to all packages last weekend, just wanted to wait
with the bug reports, until all "basic" python libraries have
converted to python2.1.
