It doesn't seem accurate to say that we encourage use "for all
purposes" -- that would include e.g. using the Debian logo to identify
some other distribution that's not Debian. Perhaps something like
"encourages wide use of its marks", or just remove this clause?
I agree that the title isn't very exciting. At the risk of being even
less exciting, it might be good to say "commercial and non-commercial"
-- replacing it may be better though!

match. We all want to see well-known project names used to promote free
software, but we cannot risk they will be abused to trick users into downloading

and <a href="http://www.softwarefreedom.org/";>SFLC</a>, we have
struck a good balance in our new trademark policy. Among other positive
