Just sent you a couple more patches, I also need to find time to add
other events that are missing.

How about:

Moving the git repository to collab-maint so that all DDs and many
non-DDs have commit access.

Adding the publicity list as the maintainer and yourself in the uploaders.

Your only work then would be to check the repository every month or so
and upload/update if need be.
