Coverage for the machine-readable Debian copyright format 1.0 (DEP 5).
Dear Publicity team,
As discussed recently on debian-project, DEP 5 will be marked accepted next
week unless there is objection.
http://lists.debian.org/87r4ycq14b.fsf@windlord.stanford.edu
The last step after this will be to publish the machine-readable specification
for Debian copyright files version 1.0 in its canonical URL
(http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/) through an
update the debian-policy package. As discussed earlier on the debian-policy
mailing list, this may happen soon after it is synchronised with the accepted
DEP 5.

My question is then: what so you think would be the appropriate coverage
for this release. Is an email to debian-devel-announce enough, or shall I
draft a press release ?
Have a nice week-end,
