I'm slightly confused by the wording, some thoughts:

The layout and content looks good to me. I think the folks on
debian-l10n-english should be asked to give some input on the wording
in the right column. The person who is doing the www.debian.org layout
redesign and CSS-ification should probably have some input on the
layout/style/html.

Probably a good idea to contact debian-www or file a bug against
www.debian.org to get the CSS layout issue fixed.

If these are to be official "Debian Partners" that give us a regular
supply of money rather than development or services, I'd suggest they
be listed on /partners/ in a new "Financial partners" section and a
"Financial partners" section be added to /partners/partners for the
requirements for this new class of "Debian Partners".

The equipment donations page should move from
/misc/equipment_donations to /donations/equipment and list the
donations in order of date, grouped into per-year groups. DSA and
former DSA members and perhaps the debian-history maintainer should
probably be contacted to find out which years the current list of
donations were donated and if there are any once-off equipment
donations that aren't listed yet. For stuff we don't know the date of,
an "Other" group would work I think.

For once-off monetary donations, I don't think the organisation/person
qualifies as a "Debian Partner" and something more like the equipment
donations page should be setup at /donations/money. Then the various
donations could be added there on the same basis.

I had a thought triggered by the Blackcat networks removal; I think we
should recognise former partners. An appropriate way to do that might
be a /partners/former page ordered by date of the termination of the
partnership and grouped by year of termination.
