What's the target audience?

Current users non-subscribed to our announcement mailing lists and newcomers.

Hmm, is that the same us who are working on Apt key management?  Or
working on etch artwork?  Or is that a different us?

I'm not in the apt key management business but it was being discussed
in -devel some time ago. I've organized a meeting about the desktop
artwork involving desktop-base and different desktop environment
teams[0]. :-)
