Having post-DebConf plans for OCF.tw were specifically requested by
myself.
I don't have any strong opinion about what happens to it but as Chen
implies, having a closed loop (ie. plan to close it and change one's
mind later) seems to be a sensible fallback as it prevents issues around
"zombie" TOs lying around.
