The Debian Official Use Logo remains non-free

Despite a recent claim to the contrary which reached this forum, there is still one logo which is non-free. The Debian Official Use Logo is still only distributed under a restrictive and confusing license. The information on the website is still up-to-date: http://www.debian.org/logos/index.en.html

What *has* changed is the situation of the Debian Open Use Logo flavor with the word "debian". This flavor is now also free, meaning any flavor of the Debian Open Use Logo can now be distributed in main.

That being said, the Debian Official Use Logo, the only non-free logo remaining, is rarely used. Its status is being discussed: https://lists.debian.org/debian-project/2012/10/msg00002.html

Note that our logo terminology can be confusing (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=689756 for details).
