You sent the mail to a Debian mailing list, but you ask Ubuntu to do
things. You may want to check https://lists.ubuntu.com/ for a more
suitable list.
That said, there is nothing anyone else can or need to do to get Audible
to work with Linux distributions and other systems based on freedom.
Audible can just drop the DRM on their files, and use a commonly
accepted format instead, such as MP3 (or Ogg Vorbis, for even more
freedom).
