I propose to remove the entire paragraph. If the consensus is against
that, I propose we rename the field to Non-Free-Autobuild instead of
using an X- prefix.

I agree that we should avoid this altogether from the copyright file.I also agree that if others want it strngly, it is better renamed as you propose.
