I don't know (and for this reason non-free.org is still
a parked domain).
But recently we have more queues (security, volatile, backport,
debian-multimedia, etc.), and some discussion about "universe".
Maybe it is good to divide queues according policies and purpose.
I think the main reason to move would be to simplify the
normal queue (policies, news, autobuild etc), so the request
should arrive from ftp-master (and not FSF).
Hmm. I don't know. I could help the experiment, but I have no
real imperative reasons for the move.
