And I am not a fan of "political > correctness", which is very often a nicer word for censorship.) I have my enterprise in Kehl/Baden-Würtemberg/Germany and I have only female emplyee under 30 years... I was sued several times without any success. Limiting an employment to a cerain sexe or age depend on the type of the enterprise. In Freiburg there are several enterprises which do not employ IT peoples over30 years, since the enterprises are created by absolvents of the University of Freiburg and the core-team is between 22 and 25 years. Call this enterprise a Jump-Board or something like this... I my self was 17 times sued for employing only women and of course, they are origine iranien, turkish, morocaine or afghane... They have studied CS, electronic and similares and where discriminated because they are female and foreigner... And last not least, I am working together with the UNDP and UNESCO (not in germany). So, sueing my enterprise will be very costly for the person/organisation who try it... (I have already kicked of two advocats which where trying to get an "Abmahnung" for several 10000 Euro...)
