I believe the written offer is problematic, since it causes more longterm
bother that it is worth.

A couple set of sources for a huger number of binaries is ok, altough i was
under the impression that they would give away the CDs in the first place. You
could even burn the sources on CD on demand or whatever.
Its not so bad, it is just something which needs to be thought of, that's all.
