Okay, then perhaps the pharmaceutics industry isn't a very good example.
That's not the point I was trying to make; the point is that even though
software patents are quite clearly a bad idea, that doesn't mean /all/
patents are bad. Therefore, having a copyright license which forbids you
to sue the author on /any/ patent infringement, on the risk of losing
your right to use the patent is not good.
