Yes. I claim that this kind of activity should be made public on a 
frequent basis, and that this would avoid this kind of discussions. 

The email Michael referred me to is exactly what I am looking for, but 
if it's done only once in 6 months, people won't notice the DPL doing 
things. If these emails (obviously quite a bit shorter than the 
6-month-version ;-) happen every 2 weeks, people might notice that 
quite a few things are going on behind the scenes.
