     Most of the documentation emphasizes debhelper, but the
possibility of writing a rules file by hand should be mentioned.  

     Any description of hand-crafted rules files should mention the
sample rules files available on Manoj's home directory:
          (http://people.debian.org/~srivasta/rules)
