hplip (3.10.2-2ubuntu2) lucid; urgency=low * debian/hplip-dbg.install, debian/hplip.install, debian/control: Moved hp-check into hplip-dbg, as it is a debugging tool. Added dependency on libcups2-dev to hplip-dbg, as hp-check needs cups-config (LP: #530327). Till, I don't think that hplip-dbg is the correct location for hp-check. The -dbg packages generally only contain debugging symbols and are mainly used by _advanced_ users trying to debug segmentation faults and the like. hp-check is more a general purpose debugging tool suited to average users. Indeed I have setup presub & bug/script to automatically call hp-check so that bug reports to Debian automatically have the details from hp-check included. The majority of people will never install a -dbg package, but everyone who reports a bug, should be including the details provided by hp-check. Unrelated, could I ask that when you do an ubuntu release, could you also tag that release in svn as well. $ svn-buidpackage --svn-only-tag I have tagged a few, but not all ubuntu releases. The tagged releases appear in pkg-hpijs/hplip/tags/... Thanks, Mark
