I just checked the code, it's part of the debian-installer image and therefore
not on the CD medium. See [1].

Did you try the July image? [2] Does that work?

I can't be of much help at the moment, I'm too busy with other stuff and I
don't have my iBook G4 at hand. I was planning to resume work during the
Christmas holidays and fix the ofpathname utility for PowerMacs so GRUB
installation works.
