Is that the same method as what `mkfs.hfs` can do with option:
```
-w      Adds an HFS wrapper around the HFS Plus file system. This
wrapper is required if the file system will be used to boot natively
into Mac OS 9.

Other question: Does anybody know if NewWorld Power Macs could maybe
also boot from HFS+ instead of HFS or FAT(16)?
