The baseline fix was applied to x265 in the experimental distribution,
not in unstable. One could argue that you could just install x265
from experimental but that won't work either, because you would need
to rebuild all packages that depend on the x265 library in unstable
to be able to use the experimental x265. So this fix is practically
useless to anyone running unstable but the maintainer gets to close
the bug report as fixed.
