Maybe it is time to create a debian-powerpc group on salsa.d.o. And
upload the latest of pmac-utils as project over there ?
I think it would make more sense to use a debian-ports group for that.
Not sure whether we already have one.
I can only find this one:

https://salsa.debian.org/debian-ports-team

I doubt pmac-utils could fit there, comments ?

Not really appropriate, that's all to do with maintaining the ports archive for all I can see. A powerpc specific group would be better.

Regarding the old 32 bit powerpc-utils, now pmac-utils, I am no longer maintainer of that package after it was taken over by Adam Conrad (with my express consent) in 2016. Adam carried out the package rename, and uploaded pmac-utils to unstable in March of 2016. For reasons not apparent to me, it was removed from testing in November that year.

Improvements to the pmac-utils package are best fed back to Adam, I suppose.

Cheers,

FWIW, it would be great if anyone who hasn't yet could join #debian-ports
on OFTC on IRC.

Oh, and feel free to test build the other packages we're missing and provide
patches if necessary. So I can pick those as well and upload.
