Bug#914997: glibc: Please disable or ignore misc/tst-pkey on powerpc/powerpcspe/ppc64

Source: glibc
Version: 2.28-1
Severity: normal
Tags: upstream
User: debian-powerpc@lists.debian.org
Usertags: powerpc

The misc/tst-pkey currently fails on all big-endian PowerPC targets as the
Linux kernel is missing an implementation of pkey_set and pkey_get on these
targets [1].

Can you disable or ignore the test misc/tst-pkey on powerpc, powerpcspe and
ppc64 so that glibc builds successfully there?

On powerpcspe, there is still another issue which I will have a look at.
