Closing the original bug report. It should indeed have been closed
with the upload of hw-detect 1.85, but the "Closes" line in
debian/changelog was split on two lines and thus the bug remained opened.
I think that other issues you reported belong to other bug
reports. Please report them separately, probably not against D-I
components as they don't seem to happen during the installation process.
