There is a PostgreSQL server available in Debian, just an apt-get away.
The "Plus Advanced Server" thing seems to be a proprietary product; this
would mean that there is no source, and thus, that it is not possible to
run this on a PowerPC machine.

You could ask EnterpriseDB whether they'd be willing to provide it, but
I doubt they are.
