yes, that would be fine, if only the s2* executables are installed by your
package, look:
mind@Tarja:~/packaging/uswsusp$ ls -R test/
test/:
etc usr
test/etc:
test/usr:
lib sbin share
test/usr/lib:
uswsusp
test/usr/lib/uswsusp:
resume
test/usr/sbin:
test/usr/share:
doc initramfs-tools lintian man
test/usr/share/doc:
uswsusp
test/usr/share/doc/uswsusp:
changelog.Debian.gz copyright README README.Debian-source TODO
changelog.gz HOWTO.gz README.Debian README.s2ram-whitelist.gz
test/usr/share/initramfs-tools:

test/usr/share/initramfs-tools/conf.d:

test/usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks:

test/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts:

test/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-premount:

test/usr/share/lintian:
overrides
test/usr/share/lintian/overrides:
test/usr/share/man:

test/usr/share/man/man8:
resume.8.gz s2both.8.gz s2disk.8.gz s2ram.8.gz suspend-keygen.8.gz
swap-offset.8.gz uswsusp.conf.8.gz
there is no trace of s2both, s2disk and s2ram :)
