Since battery capacity decreases with time, it is
more intersting to know the absolute amount of
charge lost (it's in /proc/pmu I believe).
A new one is about 5400 total capacity on a 17" PB.
After 100 to 200 cycles it might be halved, depending
somehow on how deep you discharge it (Li-Ion batteries
dislike deep discharges).
