automaticly booting debian on xserve g5

Hello

I have successfully installed debian on apple xserve g5
but two problems remain. First - the serial console is disabled by
default (my xserve has no vga) and to enable it i have to press few
buttons on the front panel. I would like to have the serial console
enabled by default. I have set input-device and output-device to scca
but it didn't help.

The second issue is booting debian automaticly. Right now to boot debian
i have to enable serial console, type boot hd:,\yaboot and then the
system boots. Still is to much work to be done, and when the system will
go the a server room i will have to do all that stuff on every reboot.
I woule be thankfull for any help regarding that issue.

Best regards,
gausus
