new problems with sleeping in ibook2.2

hi all,

i was using 2.6.11.6 and one day i slept the ibook 2.2 with mol running, since 
then i can't wake up it from a sleep (even with no usb devices connected),

i've upgraded to 2.6.12-rc4 and first i could wake up twice, but now the 
problem is here again, no kernel panic, only this error:

cpufreq: resume failed to assert current frequency is what timing core thinks 
it is
